The #DecisionIntelligence is about business decisions and their nature is very different from what you might have thought. They have far-reaching impacts and are different in terms of nature, ownership, life cycle, structure and hierarchy, metrics and PKIs, and almost any aspect you look at them.

💡Because of these vast differences, you cannot just model a decision using Process Mapping, a Machine Learning algorithm, or any other technique.

Business decisions SHOULD be modeled with a Decision Requirements Diagram (part of Decision Model and Notation standard), Causal Decision Diagrams CDD (by Lorient Pratt) or a Decision Graph that is a clever combination of both.
